In the beginning he tells her what he needs from her. To be seen. Does she take the time to see him? No. She keeepos saying he wants validation. Does she take the time to do this? No. Then at minute 24 she tells the audience how to speed up the process, making his wounding of not feeling seen or understood much deeper. She’s irritated this wasn’t a quick fix. She wanted to do shadow work when she needed to be a loving presence for him . I’ve seen her recognize before in workshops that shadow work wasn’t what the person needed and they needed a loving validation approach and she gave that. Maybe that was after this workshop, cause she wasn’t able to do that here. She WANTED to do shadow work. Had no patience for validation and seeing him or taking the time to help him feel seen. Proof even people that have great excellence with things like shadow work such as teal still struggle in other areas and need refinement and work. And presence and seeing someone is big. She’s over there in her reality like ‘I see you!’ But he wasn’t feeling it. So let’s figure out how to help him feel seen. She had a temper tantrum in a way. Obviously she can’t help this guy because she’s got similar parts feeling the same way and hasn’t been able to meet them either. Teal isn’t perfect folks and she’s still got learning to do. I think this was a deeper wounding for this guy tho. That makes me sad. Someone in her position needs to realize how easily she can hurt others and really refine her language skills. If I could gift teal with some thing, it’d be the knowledge of NVC. Also, the ability to admit when she’s struggling to figure it out or help. Her ego took this to a bad place. Train wreck. I have seen her more recently in a workshop not know what to do per say, she struggled, and voiced it, and brought up someone from the audience to help assist and understood more clearly how to help after that. Last I remember that clip was on her front page of how a workshop looks. Ironically that woman also did wat this guy was doing, turning against everything n wanting to fight everything.. but her approach was more elegant and less about her and she realized through bringing the other lady on stage that this woman needed annd wanted power. She wasn’t able to see that before. I heard her recently say in the boho beautiful interview (MUST WATCH) that she is naturally (teal) VERY very defensive annd she has realized how her defensiveness turns people off and is an issue in all relationships… and she’s working on it (interview was end of 2022) so I think this was so poorly executed on TeAls behalf (this 2019 workshop video with the first guy) is because she became very defensive. I noticed she reliees heavily on the audience and their reaction and I think she felt them becoming uncomfortable, and also I have never seen her try to do that whole channeling parts work thing and not do it (she grabbed his wrist and pretty much refused to go into it, whatever she saw or felt she couldn’t go into, it probably hit too close to home) and she was already annoyed and her defenses came uP and in my opinion clouded her judgement… it became one of her protectors bulldozing him and yes humiliating him a bit and having zero patience annd presence for him. I’m glad she’s learned annd iss working On her own shortcomings, but also I feel badly for this guy. Someone like him after this interaction that needs to be seen and wants significance and the audience turns on him and teal essentially turning on him (in my own words) welll it could be enough to make some goo commit suicide after that type of experience. Just retraumatizingg. Someone in her shoes has a lot of power over and influence of her followers and in this situation she was NOT ethical. She isn’t perfect. But I hope she learned from this (and like I’ve said, in more recent videos annd workshops it does seem she is better at handling this.. so that makes me hopeful)

And teals definition of parts work isn’t fully accurate…. She said it’s going into an aspect of self and act as if that’s all of the self. This way of doing it iS popular in the way she learned parts work, voice dialogue, but in IFS (which is probably the most common and well recognized forms and modalities of doing parts work) that way of doing it is called blending, being blended, and it’s not often used, they like to view an aspect or part from the center self, a much more detached way of doing it. There are pros and cons to both ways and so I think it’s great to have the knowledge and tool set available to you and be able to call upon it and pick any one whenever it suits you best. The more methodologies we have, the better off we are, in my opinion. Another great methodology for parts work is NLP parts integration. I personally mix that with voice dialogue with iFS and am working on my own perfect soup. Maybe one day I’ll be like Richard Schwartz and come up with something like iFS that yes I can call my own and ‘trademark’. Like teal took soul retrieval methodology and mixed it with some things she learned from others like connection process and made her own trademark methodology (called completion process.) I’m hoping to do this with a parts work methodology someday. The thing that upsets people though is when you come out with ‘it’ and don’t shed any light on the ‘forefathers’ that helped you get there. I digress….

Teal asks us to ask ourselves ... why would people behind the curtain WANT us to riot and get violent.... and I'd love to hear some people's insights and answers to this within this comment section. What I came up with is so we are divided and easily able to hate another... but when we do this, what does it do for "them" (those behind the curtain that want control)? Could it be that this is a play where we turn angry and against another so we can be hungry for a savior and answer and "they" can perfectly place that in front of us and we can be hungry to accept something we otherwise maybe would not accept ? Like a new law or more monitoring of people and more control?

In this demonstration on channeling aspects, there's a middle person/consciousness asking questions (here it's teal). if you are completely identified in one perspective, so for example when Lynn is sitting in one chair she's identified with anger or she goes to the other chairs she's identified with resistance to anger, teal is then asking her questions and getting deeper and finding out more. Without that other person in the room, and if you're to do this completely alone, you're then going to have to be teals part - yourself. so you're going to have to be the one asking questions going deeper and that - in itself - is taking you out of that identified perspective. so I don't know how this is really possible to do by yourself.

i really wanna know about the first dimension, is that the same as the twelfth? i have an idea of second and obviously third, an abstract slight idea of fourth and beyond that it kind of blends since physicality is gone but i'm VERY interested in the first......is it quantum level? like the perception of an atom is as big as the universe? i wonder..i'd like to hear what teal says about the first dimension...if anyone has heard her speak of it please send me in some direction

I like to randomly click somewhere in these workshops and whatever comes up, I trust is exactly what I need to be hearing right now. It is spot on every time . The key to this is really believing and trusting it will work. The stronger the faith is, the truer it becomes and the more in alignment the power of attraction becomes.

@Irem you've touched on something I have somewhat recently been running into w teal that bothers me. It's late for me right now, 4 am late and I woke up and found my way here (to this blog) and then, to your comment (which I highly appreciate) so I don't wanna make this long. I can run on sometimes. You are right, she found her authentic truth. And I believe what you're saying is accurate about the island mirroring. Teal uses the word reality in a way I don't "jive" with... As if her understanding of "objective reality" is "the one" ... Or how else can I explain and say it? .. She speaks of ppl having their own reality, and them trying to be aware if their reality is true to "REAL" (objective) reality.... There's a problem here... And I get that she is trying to guide and align ppl to objective reality... But this term in and of itself can really only be seen purely from source perspective... And she says she's been there which may be true and I'll say I even believe her... But when she comes back to her own self and absorbs her experience... Her "overlays"( as she calls them) and all else brings her experience of objective reality she seen through source perspective out of alignment and back into her own truth and her own reality bubble... So what I'm saying is she doesn't have the authority to claim objective reality or seeing something for the absolute truth.. which many times she speaks in this way and uses the term reality as if there is a right and wrong way about it. We all have our own Bubble of reality... And it can be far or close to "objective reality" or source perspective or gods view or universal consciousness (many names we can call it) ... Yet this term is so tricky...and living in our human form and experience ... Synthezyzing the experience of it taints it and our ego and overlays muddy it's purity.. no one person can really claim to know gods perspective and say they know objective reality. I visually see it like this: us humans experience life...and can then speak of it and express the experience... (Call it a story or our viewpoint)... Versus a video camera.. just watching and recording everything.. and having no objective or bias, or past to create an overlay..... A machine that has no emotion to taint the experience like a person might. The video recording of an event may be different from our memory or story of something. Usually we remember things a certain way but not 100% on point w what was recorded or we don't recant it 100% accurately. This is what I call objctive reality vs our own truth (as easy as I can explain) ... My issue Is no one person can say this term " out of touch with reality" as if they know reality through "gods" eyes and are more in touch, ie the video camera. She may feel she is and can by going out of body and all that but synthezyzing the experience coming back into our identity forces us back into our own Bubble of reality. There r things in this blog that r spot on, and also things that are merely a mirror of teal and her shadow. Much of this dynamic plays out with her work, I would say. Which is to be expected though. teal, as a woman Who gave birth(YOU)... I think u should talk about giving birth and natural birth and connecting to the body and connection to baby. not circumcising baby, delayed cord cutting, no shots or eye drops, no suction, no bath fkr.a.few days but rubbing that white stuff in.. and going on to talking about connection and atunement with baby and breast feeding and even post patrim depression .. sharing ur birth story and your connection story and helping any pregnant woman get in alignment w the process of bringing a life into.the world . also, the role and support the man takes and his attunement and role with baby and mother during this . speak out !! an ask teal would be great !!!!!

@Raederle I have a lot of life experience.... but regardless of that, what I am saying is I don't buy anyone truly wants to be invisible. There may be parts of us that are hurting and want to hide........ but hiding means you can't connect, invisibility means you're not there ..connecting... and connection is at the center of our human experience. There's parts to everyone that probably wants to hide, but I don't believe that's the soul speaking or us truly being authentic. That's just us feeling hurt and ashamed and whatever else that makes us want to disappear.

@Raederle to say she'd be rejected for complete authenticity is ridiculous. How can you say that? How can you say she already is being that?? You don't actually know that...you just hope for that. She read someone else's work in an akashic records video, and she is using byron katie's material for one of her own processes...it's not wrong to spread good work around, but we HAVE to give credit. It's not authentic to KNOWINGLY pass of another's work and leave out their name, as to then let it be understood as our own.....that's not authentic. it's no simple mistake, this was intentional. Why not in the processes page say byron katie's the work is incredible, here's my own take on it. then all the shit. and in that video where she READ word for word, sentence after sentence, to not say before or after or even in some credits the source/book she was reading from?? What the hell is up with that??? Would you do that?? And Gracie saying she felt "safe" not being seen by others, is bullshit. Nobody wants to be an invisible ghost in human flesh while alive.....otherwise why be incarnated?? She was probably saying that to cope with the situation. You really think she'd rather feel second best and invisible? Who wants to feel like that, truthfully?? We can tell ourselves that's what we want if that's what we get so it is easier to cope with.....but i am not gonna believe anyone wants to be unseen and invisible. " Seeking a friendship or a relationship that starts with seeking someone who is ugly or beautiful is not uncommon or stupid " No, it's not uncommon at all, but does that make it right?? Nope. Is it stupid? Well no, it's smart in terms of a strategy, but a good friendship shouldn't be played as a game where we need a god damn strategy. Staying safe by being the prettiest girl in the group of friends is a strategy, and very egotistical and narcissistic. As spiritual people, we shouldn't be seeking friends based off of their looks....that shouldn't be a prerequisite to talk to them or approach them, period. And to say people choose to be ugly...unconsciously.....wow. I think the people that are subconsciously choosing to be "ugly" is a very low percentage. The point is, we shouldn't be looking at someone as beautiful or ugly based off of their appearance. It should be about who they are and how they act!!! This is what needs to be hit home!! Especially in the spiritual community. And we aren't gonna get to that point if we write someone off before talking to them based on how they look. This was the advice given. If following this advice, she wouldn't even get a chance to talk to some physically beautiful women. Sad. Regardless of this vain, superficial, middle school aged advice, and the plagiarism, i still really do like teal. But to not speak out or accept everything she does and says cause i like her? No. If someone is doing something that I find goes against my values, I will speak out against it. And I see some people not having a strong sense of personal values or their value system is whatever the person of their obsession's is. That's dangerous. Lisa88 said it well....Teal has a very big responsibility now, and she might not be handling the responsibility very delicately.

Wow I hadn't realized she read word for word another person's work.... she never gave credit? That's super wrong and fucked up . I'm disappointed too. Not for speaking another's work but to do so without giving credit ! Sadly I found another example of teal taking another's work and not giving credit. 'The Work ' by Byron Katie is featured in one of teals processes...Dissolving the pain reversal process. It's identical to the work...sadly though teal doesn't give any credit. I'm so disappointed. Confused too. Why wouldn't she give credit to these people?? Is she really that greedy and lustful for exclusive attention and appraisal????

@Lisa88 thanks for posting what you did. I too have feared backlash from people brainwashed by teal. Sadly there are many that are "brainwashed " .... people that are hypnotized by her beauty and persona rather than her content. I suppose that's a part of fame that all people with a following have to deal with. I too hope people find their way back to their own wisdom. 5 years is a long time. There are things about teal that also make me go "huh wtf" lol, but with that said, I'm happy she has helped people and is continuing to. I hope she can wisely navigate the ways fame is affecting and changing her. This power is a heavy one, that can wear a person down and feircly control them and change them entirely. The ego becomes inflated. Anyways, I'm glad you're someone who does look at two sides of something. Someone who does the research. I have also listened to the gizmodo podcast. Good for u for speaking out and saying something. Feel good about it.

she goes "she feels terrible about her body, you know she's overweight." hahaha. the bit that comes after, about gracie loving to be able to hide around people cause no one notices her essentially cause they all focus on teal, i really don't believe she loves that,... i also wouldn't say she's jealous... but i don't think anyone truly desires to be hidden and not seen. all women wanna feel beautiful. we all wanna be seen. i wish teal represented her friendship with gracie in a more honorable and graceful way. not saying things like find an ugly friend, it worked for me. but really helping gracie see and feel beautiful. who cares if she is over weight. beauty goes beyond physical appearance. maybe teal is still grappling with this concept and lesson, since i'm sure a lot of the attention she's gotten is because of physical appearance. i asked someone who follows her heavily if she was a man if he would still feel the same about her. the answer: nope! lol. i wonder how many people really value her and love her for her personality and value her for her ideas and WHO SHE IS vs. what she looks like. I think there's a lot of people who are just attracted to her looks. I myself have even dealt with attention from men and the father of my kids say they all just want to have sex with me. i say what.... is it so impossible to think they like me for who i am ? my personality??? but 90% of the men in my life really are just interested in the sexual aspect, that's what is highly motivating their friendship. I think people in the spiritual field, especially popular people like teal, need to hit home time and time again the message that beauty doesn't equal health. one video she tlks about her beauty regimen and all i could think was she's talking more about being healthy, but it seemed for her that was synonymous and equally identified with beauty. i find gracie's smile really beautiful because it's warm. i find gracie's presence to be loving and comfortable and accepting.... which makes her truly beautiful. where as teal sometimes seems a bit rough and gruff around the edges and so like i said, the way we carry ourself adds so much to the way we look. when teal is being soft and open and vulnerable and warm essentially she becomes more beautiful, where as sometimes she is really cold and it takes away from her appearance. in my opinion at least. im straight and don't have a dick therefor am not thinking with my dick .... like guys so often do... lol so this perspective comes from a straight woman. lol.
