I believe that everyone else knows more than I do. Whenever anything goes wrong, I must take the blame. Something bad is just about to happen. You 'pay' for good times with bad luck.

A "skill" I learned from my Dad, in his later years: disappear in plain sight. Pull your energy into yourself, and turn it outwards, like a mirror. Then the people around you see themselves and not you. Physical separation is easier to practise. There is always somewhere else to be, something else to be doing. Work is a great excuse. I also escape into fictional worlds when I indulge in reading novels- this is where the danger is clear, and the enemies are epic, and I am always the hero, and always win the day 😁

This would be a challenge for me. I used to fill my out-of-home days at an office. I now work at my home-office all day. If money was no object, I would find a library, or bookshop, maybe with a shady garden to read in. Maybe it would be a university library or lecture hall where I could explore all the subjects I've never studied. Thank you for the question.

I am pretending that I don't remember. I am pretending that I don't know what I want, on a soul level. I am pretending that I don't know how to heal. I am pretending that I don't know how to relax and surrender.

When anyone is angry, it is my fault and I am in trouble. When there is a misunderstanding, I am the one who made the mistake. I am only one hair's distance from being deservedly punished.
