Yea I totally agree with you, it's definitely a learned behavior but we don't have a place to communicate on the site ever since it was moved to facebook and even when we had it, it was complete mess because of the lack of moderation. Tristen said they are planning to start something where we can all engage with each other most likely here on site since everyone hated the facebook groups, and she is the one in charge of it, apparently the zoom calls are also going to be a thing now as well which is cool. You really dodge a bullet with the "documentary" it becomes a really insidious downward spiral from then on, it feels like a parallel reality.

I also agree that the marketing has gotten more aggressive over the years, but what do you want them to do, ask for charity? How do you expect them to reach more people without marketing? We live in a capitalist world, if you don't compete you don't even appear in social media sites you'd only be seeing subpar teachers selling lies, there already are so many disgustingly bad "teachers", having more followers than Teal, people who make clickbait content promising things like "never feel sad again" or "how to feel bliss all the time" selling oversimplifications of real teachings or downright lies. Everyone is calling themselves spiritual teachers, it's fucking repulsive. How do you expect Teal to even be noticed without marketing when you have thousands of people claiming to be what she really is. No one likes marketing but we have to be more understanding of the situation as well. Also, it's true that there isn't a constant flow of new content in premium but it doesn't mean there's nothing in it. You can't possibly say there's no content on the site, what we can say is, we consumed all the content several times over and we want more in fact, we are angry because we like the content and want more. They are putting the effort to make premium more engaging but instead we are all raging at them, we are losing perspective they are taking a step in the right direction.

I think this may be related to her haters especially after the Deep End, it makes sense to not want to share information. People from her community getting targeted by haters and the like. Also haters in general are becoming more violent and more deranged with each passing day, it would certainly keep me awake at night if I was in her position, it makes sense to keep some privacy nowadays, I think we should be more understanding with Teal and the situation in general.

Yea I understand and not having downtime between interactions is also nice... it's just a matter of preferences. The technical difficulties can happen to anyone that's just shit that happens.

Yea the workshop was awesome and I related a lot with the people on stage, but I kind of hate how as of late they are editing the whole event off leaving only the questions, the feeling of 'group' event gets totally lost like this.

I loved this interview, it passed by in the blink of an eye. Teal's answer to reactivity has been helping me so much over the years, I tried to be non reactive my whole life and it only caused me to bottle up and become resentful, only when I started to parent myself at those moments and present what came up in a contained way, is that I started to feel like my reactions were becoming less explosive and more relatable to the other person.

I didn't like this interview that much, maybe the initial questions set the tone for the whole thing but like there wasn't much chemistry in the conversation, it felt almost forced. Of course listening to Teal is always interesting, so I'm glad we got the chance to listen to her.

Have you tried talking to that person in a centered way? You could tell that person that you aren't in a good mental space at the moment and you need space. Make it about yourself instead of making them the problem when you have the conversation. Perhaps they don't even realize that they are bothering you.

I loved the interview, I hope we get to see them more often, the energy felt great and it was really entertaining.

My biggest take away from this day 2 definitely was to find out about Steve Roach, omg I fell in love with his music, it transports me to other places with such ease. Thank you so much for introducing us to his music.

Loved the workshop as usual, there wasn't a single workshop I haven't loved in fact. One thing that makes me laugh, I wonder if Teal and team rent these places with the condition of finding the biggest most flamboyant chairs they can get, I fucking love these thrones lol.

Really cool workshop, the inner critic parts work actually clicked with me as well, I felt like a part of audience on this one. I just wish you didn't make so many unnecessary edits to the videos, I liked the workshops more when they were just one long recording, it takes away from the vibe of the event to get so many cuts, imo time stamps are all we really need.
