  1. Part 2 1:22:00 - 1:24:00 Thanks! That pole imagery is the on/off switch I've been trying to find for years
  2. I love how this interview inspired you all to write comments about taking specific actions
  3. This would be a perfect newbie's Into To Teal video. It connects fragments of everything she's taught me this past year.
  4. RandomTaxi started following Bernard Bujard
  5. Cool. My go to is tiger stripe. So now that we've got our boundaries out of the way I'm curious how you deal with the whole 'is it a message or my mind playing head games with me' problem.
  6. Intuition vs. fear. That gave me a lot to think about. I never thought about them as different parts, but I guess you could say it was by focusing attention on parts giving messages that I developed intuition. Intuitions that later proved to be true intuitions, and not suspicion or fear, were always about people and situations that I wasn't aware of at the time, and lasted until I became conscious of the source. For example, if a person pops into my mind and the message goes away I have a clue to what it's about. Synchronicity usually plays a part in finding the source too. It's hard say whether I could distinguish intuition from fear based on Teal's comments. For me sometimes intuitions consist of a sudden deep feeling of sadness that is completely unrelated to my thoughts or situation at the time. Disconnection combined with a strong emotion. Usually though I feel intuition viscerally as heat, nearly irresistible gravity, spider webs or unintended hand movements. Again there's emotion involved and a disconnection from my mind, but intuition for me has a strong connection to my body. It's complicated. These days I just outsource it to my cat. Her intuition is almost at Teal level. You can always do experiments. I ignored intuition once a couple of years ago just to see what would happen. I dare ya.
  7. When part of you resists an affirmation because the affirmation would get you what that part is protecting you from, affirmations are bad. When you're aligned with the affirmation completely, affirmations are good. The affirmation itself doesn't care whether it's good or bad.
