This is a great question! Maybe it has something to do with shame? Feeling more distant from what you did years later and being able to see the value in it? woow I am having the most beautiful resonance with the parts work healing/integration! I am taking notes and begin writing about whether or not mom wanted me when she was pregnant with me then she comes into my room and says: "let's have a therapy session". I get to ask her about her emotional experience with her pregnancy and she is so open and sharing her relationship with dad and her own relationship with her dad. So beautiful 💖 ever so grateful ✨
