"Letting go too quickly" sounds like what's actually happening is suppression, denial or avoidance. As you write yourself, releasing is not rejection
  2. Any estimates on when the replay is out?
  3. Zoom is a horrible corporation and noone should ever download anything from them. Using the browser client is ok if using Zoom is absolutely necessary.

The speed of delivery (of the recording) for this one deserves a standing ovation.

I would love if Teal could name exactly the kinds of somatic therapy she's recommending. Are we talking about Somatic Experiencing by Peter Levine? Or SATe (Somatic Attachment Training experience), also known as DARe (Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning experience) by Diane Poole Heller? Or both? Or something third? Edit: It looks like SATe/DARe is based in part on Peter Levines work although you sometimes find SATe practitioners without training in Somatic Experiencing.
  9. You can have a functioning, protected, free society with a good defense system without basing your entire identity on huge tanks and fighter jets. You have more options than "Do I want China or USA?". The way you are structuring your society and the way American culture looks right now is not the only alternative to sharia law. The point is that these so-called Christians are unconscious. That's very different than calling someone evil. (I think it is fundamental to Teal's teachings that good and evil doesn't exist, only conscious and unconscious) And many countries are consistently ranked above the USA when it comes to best countries to live.

    Toxic Masculinity

I'm sorry that has been your experience. That sounds annoying beyond compare. The women I've talked to in real life have all had at least a somewhat better experience than that, maybe geographical location has something to do with it. (Scandinavian here)

I don't think she liked that women were treated like meat, she likes the clever way the director used the meat symbolically to emphasize the objectification of women.

    Toxic Masculinity

That's interesting, haven't encountered entitlement in myself (yet). Only some parts that hated women because of the power they hold over me by being so attractive.

Didn't quite understand the scene where one guy stops another from approaching a woman on the street. Could have highlighted the exact problem better. He looks sleazy but as long as he accepts a rejection I don't see the problem.
