I don’t think consuming apple cider vinegar is a good suggestion to reduce inflammation/mucus or for good health in general. Unless it’s instead of another kind of vinegar. I look to you a lot for truth, Teal, and it absolutely amazes me how much you know and I feel privileged to get to hear a lot of these answers. But I do not agree on this as well as a few other diet-related things you’ve said. The physical body is very complex, there is so much we still don’t know, at least from a scientific perspective, and there is a lot of misinformation on the internet backed by paid for studies with an interest in selling a specific type of product, so it’s not the easiest thing to just do some research on it online.
