My ability to keep my word, if I tell someone I'm going to do something I follow through and give it my best. My understanding of others and of myself. My artistic talents, my ability to learn quickly, my inner strength that has pulled me back up out of the darkest places of despair, I always get back up. My never ending quest for more knowledge to expand my horizons.

Wow, It's hard to find the words to express my gratitude for the the understanding and clarity of how to use these tools that you are teaching. I have already noticed progress within myself and I've barely scratched the surface. I didn't intend to watch the whole video, I was trying to finish the short I viewed on YouTube and then all of a sudden, I realized I could relate with each person. I gained some awareness for sure from this, i wrote it down to go over later. I love your energy Teal and your sense of humor is fantastic! Thank you.
