Hi, regarding the guy with poverty mindset, i would like to know then what happens with kids that have been repeatedly told by their abusive parents that they are good for nothing, useless and etc, and have no expectation whatsoever about their kids and their future, so, when they grow up they know that that's not true because they develop skills and careers and are fairly intelligents, but, it means that unconciously they might still think that is true all those hideous things they were told?, that might explain why they are at jobs way below their capacities? and not having the guts to go after bigger things

I would invest my time and energy in something that I truly like and enjoy doing it, doesn't matter if it doesn't pay much
