2. Customer Service: Engaging with attendees, providing information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event.
3. Ticketing and Registration: Assisting with ticket scanning, registration, and managing the entry process to ensure a seamless check-in experience for participants.
4. Event Logistics: Supporting various logistical aspects such as room setup, signage, managing seating arrangements, and coordinating with venue staff.
5. Workshop Assistance: Assisting workshop facilitators with preparation, organizing materials, and ensuring a conducive environment for participants.
6. Crowd Management: Helping to maintain order, ensuring the safety and comfort of attendees, and guiding participants during specific event activities. Ushering people to their seats.
7. General Support: Being available to lend a hand wherever needed, whether it's assisting with event materials, distributing handouts, or coordinating with other volunteers.
