  1. Healthy Sexuality is all too often some ideal place that we hold over our own heads to shame and punish ourselves into getting there. The idea of healing sexuality is that while exploring our own sexuality we are on a journey rather than punishing ourselves into alignment. Teal Swan explains more deeply how we can be easier with ourselves and the idea that healing sexuality can be the road to healthy sexuality. 2. Sexuality. A topic that I care a lot about. I believe this is an aspect that plays a pivotal role in us creating the life that we desire for ourselves. Sex is our essence. It is how we were created, what we are born out of, so an essential part of what we are as physical human beings. When we have feelings of shame and guilt around sex. Or when we use it as a manipulation or a power tool than we deny, ignore and block our essence. When completely accepted and fully integrated it allows us to express ourselves as the essence that we are. If you resonate with this message, then you are so welcome to explore together with me. Either here or on my blog at Lot's of love, Monique
  3. Hello everyone. I'm a little nervous writing about this but here it goes. I'm sure some of you have heard of The Red Pill reddit page. Maybe some of you are a part of it. I have no doubt in my mind that this community was born from the pain and suffering of men. When you are told that you can be loved for who you are and your girlfriend leaves you for or cheats on you with a more attractive man or high-status man, there must be something missing. Many men who come to the red pill find that they've been lied to, brainwashed, deceived by society, and the red pill has a solution. I want to discuss this because the red pill community, for a very long time, has given me a sense of power and the truth that would set me free. I have since put it to the side after having a spiritual awakening and discovering more about the nature of the universe. As I understand the law of attraction, what you believe in has a huge effect on what you see in the outside world. Your emotions show how far away you are from who and what you truly are. I definitely do feel a pain in my chest reading the red pill, so clearly there are some things that are out of alignment. I have not however found any effective sexual strategy other than the red pill. There are no spiritual teachers who teach how to find sexual partners, they believe relationships based exclusively on sex are somehow wrong or out of alignment. What if a man just wants to have sex and has no desire for anything other than that. What if a man doesn't want to be a provider or be in a long term relationship. I've been asking the universe to show me what it feels like to be objectified, to only be wanted for sexual gratification, and I have not felt it. I have felt however what it's like to be a "success object," the idea that it's a man's obligation to provide value and pursue material and societal success. Now as for discussion, I can do one of two things. I can talk about my own personal pain and ask everyone's help to resolve it or I can talk about the red pill community and the problems it is trying to solve and attempt to come up with a large scale solution. It's up to you now.
  4. Homosexual Relationship Dynamics/ Authenticity vs Oversharing Hello all, I'll get straight to the point. I am a gay man who has been in relationships with men who are not fully out in their careers and/or some family or friends. In some cases they have been out but did not talk about their partner to their family. Here is the deal. I feel that I have learned a lot from these relationships and would like perpetuate authenticity by sharing relationship dynamics with the world to some capacity. My issue is that I don't want to do it at the expense of their life. Should I speak out anyway? Often I find that there is open communication about heterosexual dynamics where the nuances of homosexuality are not addressed. I would like to speak out in the spirituality community about this in some regard but don't what kind of boundaries will be crossed. I guess I'm also throwing this out to get a feel of what the community thinks about such discussion. Is anyone interested in hearing/discussing homosexual relationship dynamics? Would anyone find this helpful? Anyhow, I feel that this could be useful and I am willing to set some of this in motion (youtube channel maybe?) but I kind of want to feel it out with you all first. Please share your thoughts with me. Best, Ramses R.
  5. I've been quite honest with me and my sexuality, exploring, asking, trying. I feel 100% male. Mean not gay, bi, trans, cross..., which would make it maybe easier. But my sexual desires are more of a feminine side. I desire to feel beautifull, adored, express my style, feelings, being in power and a b**ch sometimes. In a reality I match those desires only through some fetish. But being with a woman representig this fetish doesn't help, because I actually want those attributes for myself. Neither putting on some sexy leggings does, because it surely doesn't make me adorable. It's like being a lesbian in a male body or rather 'IT' than he or she. How can I allign with my masculinity if my sexual desires are that way off? Does anybody have some similar experience?
  6. In this episode, Teal Swan explains sexual fetishes. Teal Swan exposes the fact that behind every sexual fetish is a deep desire that a person is desperate to actualize. She then explains how to find the desire lurking underneath your fetish. Teal Swan is an International Spiritual Leader. She offers perspective on a wide range of topics including relationships, anxiety, meditation, shadow work, the law of attraction, The Completion Process, healing, PTSD, emotions and spirituality. 7. What is the pre-birth intention of bisexuality ? As described in the title, what does being bisexual mean ? Teal's videos talk about being gay/lesbian (pre-birth intention of understanding love of anothers soul) , transgender (authenticity), autistic (celebrating uniqueness) etc. What would be the explanation of being bisexual ?

This is why sex and orgasm has been used as a tool in spirituality to reach higher states of consciousness. Simply put, if only for a few minutes, the Ego ceases to exist. This leaves the door wide open to your heart. This means, you can use an orgasm to bypass the conscious mind and to replace painful beliefs.
