  1. After Vet recovery Hello Everyone! Has anyone's pet had kidney/bladder/UTI problems? We picked up our male cat from the Vet's clinic this morning where he had been since last Tuesday with "Blocked Tom" diagnosis which almost cost him his life. Luckily his strong immune system was able to handle the crisis and he avoided catherezation. While hospitalized he had to be on IV , valium, antibiotics and other bladder medications. One of the meds was suppose to help with bladder contractions but instead caused some weird side affects. The dose was reduced to a quarter. X-ray, blood work showed good results and no evidence of crystals. Our Sunshine was finally able to go home along with 2-bottle supply of antibiotics and Royal Canin S/O prescription food. They believe this food prevents the blockage from happening in the future. So, I am facing with a dilemma here where the cat is still weak and having difficulty going to the litter box (few drops at a time) and he refuses to touch fresh RAW food ("Instinct" from the frozen section that I've worked so hard to transition him to!). No, I am not about to go catch mice. I opened a can of wet food from the clinic and it doesn't even look like meat! There is pork by-product among ingredients. How sick. I am surprised they didn't stick bison in it. Well... it's been over 15 hours and the kitty hasn't touched it. He did nibble on premium dry food pieces but it is obviously not the best thing. This junk food is very addictive, has high % of fat which probably contributes to the blockage. Sunshine is about 16 pounds. Not overweight for a large frame cat... but can loose couple pounds. I am all about getting off drugs and "let the food be thy medicine". At the same time, I need to make changes accordingly with feline's constitution. Obviously, the lifestyle/diet he was on is what led to blockage and I understand that. Does anyone have an advice or similar experience with your animals on how to transition in this situation? Thank you in advance.
  2. Is it worth praying for the sick? This may sound very controversial but this thought recently occurred to me and started getting me worried for obvious reasons. Let me explain my point and I would really appreciate if you keep an open mind about this: Having been on the spiritual journey for a couple of months now, I learnt from listening to various spiritual teachers including Teal that a period of intense suffering could lead someone on the spiritual path or even to enlightenment in rare cases. I have also understood that such events are created by the universe to force one to become more present and ultimately become closer to realising his own self - My question, therefore, is: If someone is very sick and is in deep suffering, it is possible that this is part of the Universe's bigger plan to bring the person closer to enlightenment - and, therefore, do I really want to wish for this person's pain to stop and deprive him/her of this incredible opportunity? Ultimately, I believe that the Universe creates events in our lives for a reason and, therefore, does it make sense for me to wish that it were otherwise? Maybe my wish defeats the purpose of why the event was created by the Universe in the first place. I know that this will sound crazy because we would all wish for someone not to suffer. Thanks a lot

Judgement About a week ago I had a very interesting conversation on FaceBook and thanks to that Judgement was brought to my attention in a way that made me think how often people see Judgement as something very negative and/or "bad". I personally believe in a healthy sense of Judgement. I think Judgement has always had its place to be.
  8. ORMUS // ORME experiences I discovered ORMUS or ORME somewhat recently and started taking it a few times a week. (Every day does not feel necessary for me at this time.) I have definitely felt some changes and have enjoyed watching video interviews of other people reporting their experiences with this substance. Watching interviews with the same person in succession (10 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years..), to experience their transformation with them is very interesting! The person's energy is completely different by the time you get to the 2 year mark. I also love how it affects everyone a little bit differently. Please share your ORMUS experiences, positive or negative. Personally, I have felt much more relaxed, connected, and creative. I definitely feel activation in my third eye/pineal gland area, even when I have not taken it that day. I love taking it when I have a lazy afternoon with my 3-year-old son, because I feel like I have an easier time connecting with him on his level and I don't worry so much about stressful tasks and chores that "need" to get done. I have a grounded and subtle sense of having access to information I could not reach before. In many ways, thing fall into place more easily, but I have also noticed a heightened irritability when I'm around low vibrational energies or over-stimulating environments. Overall, I feel much more healthy physically and mentally and I feel like I have come so much closer to my true Self, in just a few weeks. I also notice that I generally only want to eat clean fruits and vegetables when I take it. If I eat much meat or dairy, I feel kind of disgusted and sick to my stomach.
  9. Meat and babies So, I’ve recently become vegetarian. I have ate meat my whole life, I have always preferred chicken and fish. Anyway it’s been awhile that I’d been feeling off meat until something happened and I just can’t do it anymore. Ive read enough to know that it’s a controversial topic. I’m not at all wanting to force my baby to be vegetarian. And I also don’t think that people who do or don’t are bad parents. Im kind of wondering if anyone knows anyone whose aloud their babies to decide for themselves once they were old enough ? How would you approach that topic? And would they feed them meat until they could decide for themselves or not? Meat is considered to have the complete protein, which is a reason why people say meat is good. But you can also get complete proteins from many other things. Meat is also harder to digest and causes inflammation in the body. I’m sure there’s hundreds of pros and cons to both sides. All I know is babies all over the world have grown up either vegetarian or as a meat eater and for the most part we all turned out happy and healthy. I don’t want to force anything on my child just because of how I eat, like I don’t like mushrooms I’m not going to not feed her mushrooms. I just would like others opinions, and experiences or what they have seen in their lives of friends or families! I’d appreciate as much of an objective perspective as you could allow yourselves!
  10. Diet & Blood Type So... I'm looking to improve my diet. Apparently, people with blood type O+ (which is what I have) are "hunters"/natural meat eaters. I have no desire for meat. So my question is, are any of you vegan/vegetarian with O+ blood type? Have you found certain plant protein better than others? How do you go about making the most out of your diet? Could you suggest a meal plan? I never cared much about diet. I just ate whatever felt right. But I've been guided to take a look at my physical form recently. Every part of it. Change is definitely in the air. Any tips/tricks/advice will be much appreciated. Thank you
  11. Completely overwhelmed by basic self care needs Does anyone else have this issue?? Whenever I live by myself I become overwhelmed after a time. I ignore basic needs like cooking enough food for myself ( i have to eat a special diet), cleaning, errands, etc. I begin to avoid going out too. I am very hard on myself because I think that an adult "should" be able to handle the basic day-to-day of life. I find myself envying Teal, because she has been able to find a "family" that helps her with basic daily things and help her to achieve her goals in life, even with her PTSD and the effects of past trauma. I can't use that excuse that I was abused but I often feel that I act like someone who had severe trauma. The only trauma I know is one that happened in my adulthood at 26. Anyway, I wonder if anyone else has struggles with having enough energy to take care of themselves, motivation, and self neglect.

It seems that society and especially the spiritual communities talk about diet, bad foods, opioids, marijuana, hallucinogens, and almost everything else that we put into our bodies that alter our vibration and state of mind, yet the discussion about Alcohol has been glazed over and almost avoided altogether. To me its the most accepted and expected detrimental substance that we use in our society today and i wonder why that is. Why is this the substance that we cling to yet we wont put animal products, other chemicals, or non organic foods into our body. I know that Teal has mentioned in her video "spiritual diet" that alcohol was one of the worst substances you can put into your body but then there hasn't been more conversations or videos about it anywhere. I would really like her to do an episode geared totally towards this subject because it is not only one of the top causes of death in our society, it has immense spiritual consequences that affect everyone. Why aren't we having more conversations about this? Especially as a spiritual community and how it affects our capacity to heal, reach higher states of consciousness, and WAKE UP!

No sexual desires Hey guys, idk where to start but for the past two years I have experienced what many people call low testosterone which causes many health issues such as: Sexual: reduced sex drive, sexual dysfunction, or erectile dysfunction Whole body: fatigue or hot flashes Muscular: muscle weakness or loss of muscle Also common: absence of menstruation, delayed puberty, depression, infertility, irritability, mood swings, pot belly, or weight gain Im experiencing all this symptoms and I really don't know what is causing it, I really want to solve this problem in a natural way not with viagra or hormone replacement therapy. maybe this was caused by past trauma? maybe denying parts of myself ? maybe my abandonment issues ? maybe I'm not connected to my divine masculine ? maybe of my insecurity?? I really don't know, I don't care about anything and if I do it quickly goes away, even when I get intimate with a girl I just have problems and then this one girl acted very distant after we had sex, maybe because i wast good enough ? I need help I want to expense the excitement of being with someone (which I do feel but very very little ). Is there anyone that can help me or point me in the right direction ? Thanks P.s. I just turned 22 years old its not like I'm in my late 30s. in addition, I eat pretty healthy most of the time.

  16. Change how we eat, change how we farm Has anyone seen videos about permaculture? Restorative agriculture? On youtube, the videos look amazing and make me feel amazing. Are these somewhat well-intentioned activities? I enjoy 'green gold' the most, ---"Green Gold - Documentary by John D. Liu," even if it's a little dated. But also "Designing Your Perennial Farm - Restoration Agriculture with Mark Shepard" And "Permaculture: Geoff Lawton at TEDxAjman" all as introductions. Hope these find you well. Thank you~
  17. Back and Forth Vegan/Vegetarian So, ever since I was about 13 I have been invested in my health. In fact I went so far as to determine that I wanted to be vegan/vegetarian or at least learn more about it. I remember being even younger and hating eating meat. But being told that I had to eat it. Ever since then I have gone back and forth between being vegan/vegetarian and eating meat. I can't seem to commit fully to this lifestyle even though I want to. I carry tremendous guilt for my inability to be fully vegan. When I've transitioned from meat eater to vegan in the past I would feel great for about a week and then get brain fog and just feel unhealthy. Anyway, I'm really looking for insight on this because I would love to let go of the guilt and actually move forward. I do want to eat a vegan diet. By the way I'm 26 now so this has been an issue for a fairly large chunk of my life. I'm very sensitive to this topic, and I have a feeling it's due to a resistance of some kind on my part and perhaps also that I have felt judged in the past for my food choices. Any insight would be much appreciated! Thank you

  19. How to get more vit D? I am looking for ways to add more vit D. I know sunlight is the best source but what are the next best options? I've looked at some raw food supplements but they have a lot unnecessary fillers and even animal products. Any advice is very appreciated!!! ❤ P.S. also need a good tasting supplement for my son. His teeth are changing and he refuses pills.

    Rheumatism

    Hey guys, I would like some insight! I heard that rheumatism is a disease which is "marked by inflammation and pain in the joints, muscles, or fiberous tissue, especially rheumatoid arthritis" -Google definition My mother has this. She is in an emotionally abusive marriage with my dad where she is unable to file a divorce, and she claims that she is too worn out for anything. She already had caner which made her remove her whole stomach and I'm really worried about her. I constantly share my knowledge and perspectives I learned from Teal and I hope I am somehow raising her vibration... Do you guys have any ideas about what kind of emotional underlying issues rheumatism may be coming from? Somehow I have this strong feeling that it is because she feels stuck and unable to move to the next stage... I would love some insight from all you wonderful people!
  21. So I just found out a great friend of mine back in canada during my short time in College has thyroid cancer ( right after her wedding I gather ) and I really want to help her.   22. I am sitting here and reading food magazines. So, here is some study facts to look at. 91% of American consumers want GMOs labeled. At the same time 91% of meat eaters want to see beef as a center-of-plate option at least weekly when going out to eat. That doesn't include how much beef/beef products they continue consuming on daily basis. Grass-fed beef is projected to outpace other beef over the next 4 years by 189%! Do you know what this also means? Beef prices are going to be astronomical. Yay! Because this what i would like to see myself. The more expensive beef is the less people can afford it, and people naturally will have to choose other options available. Is there truly a way of raising cows in a sustainable manner without using GMOs as a food replacement, damaging environment or off setting the natural balance of the world? The only sustainable way of raising cows I've ever seen was when my grandmother had a cow. She lived in a small community village. Not every house had a cow either. When the time was right, yes, they would eat it eventually. But it was once in a blue moon and also shared between many people/families. Also i do not understand how people can eat any steak? As a former meat eater when going out to eat i was more disappointed than surprised by the steaks that we ordered. Other than myself i only trusted my husband to prepare one for me and that would satisfy my cravings till the next time
