1. How do I enter a discount code?

After you have finished picking your gifts go to checkout. You will be able to enter the discount code at step 3 of the checkout process.

Enter the code and click "Apply Coupon". Before clicking "Place Order and Pay" make sure that the discount worked by checking on the right.
You will see the discount clearly listed.

3. Can you refund me the discount, because I forgot to enter the code I had?

No. We do not offer refunds in this case. If you dislike the procust after it's been delivered you can return it undamaged in 30 days and we will refund you. Read more on our Refund Policy.

9. I can't enter my address. Help me!

Please make sure to fill out all the lines in the address field and not leave any empty ones.

10. Can you change any of my order details after I've submitted the order (i.e. address)?

No, we can not change details after they have been submitted by you.

11. Can you cancel my order?

No, we do not cancel orders.

12. I bought a virtual product (Event Replay, Audio file, etc.) Where can I find it?

Under Manage Purchases you will find your purchases. Click on what you would like to view and you will find the details for the download or link to watch there.
