Most of us were taught indirectly growing up that self love was selfish and conceited. We were taught that self deprecation was virtuous, we were taught this by adults who confused humility with prostration.
28 days will pass, whether you do this challenge or not. the question to ask yourself is: where will I be when they’ve passed -
closer to self love or exactly where I am now?
A: There aren't any! If you have any part of you that desires to improve your relationship with yourself then that's all you need.
A: This is a structured 28 day process that will be a joint daily journey towards self love. It's simply another tool in the toolbox, another step in the process. It does not substitute the ecourse or the book, it adds to it. Also, sometimes even the best of us need that extra push to kick-start something new. If you let it, this can be it!
