Ginger Elixir

An easy and super healthy ginger elixir recipe.

  • 8 Cups of Water
  • 4 Inches (±4 1/2 tbsp) Fresh Ginger
  • 3 pinches Himalayan Salt
  • 2 pinches Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper (ground)
  • 4 Lemons (squeezed into juice)

  1. Add all the water into a pot.
  2. Add all the peeled and grated ginger.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat once the water is steaming and not yet simmering. Don't bring it to a boil.
  4. Let sit 15 minutes.
  5. Add salt, turmeric, black pepper and lemons.
  6. Let sit for 2 minutes and serve (strained). Or keep it in the fridge and take it from there over time. It lasts about 4 days.
