
An easy and super healthy ginger elixir recipe.
- 8 Cups of Water
- 4 Inches (±4 1/2 tbsp) Fresh Ginger
- 3 pinches Himalayan Salt
- 2 pinches Turmeric Powder
- 1 pinch Black Pepper (ground)
- 4 Lemons (squeezed into juice)
- Add all the water into a pot.
- Add all the peeled and grated ginger.
- Cook for 5 minutes over low heat once the water is steaming and not yet simmering. Don't bring it to a boil.
- Let sit 15 minutes.
- Add salt, turmeric, black pepper and lemons.
- Let sit for 2 minutes and serve (strained). Or keep it in the fridge and take it from there over time. It lasts about 4 days.
