
Teal Swan shows you her easy to make Hummus Recipe through Conscious Cooking.
- 2 cups garbanzo beans (boiled from scratch or canned)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped or crushed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons ice water
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup tahini
- Sprinkle of smoked paprika
- Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pour all of the ingredients into a food processor.
- Blend until smooth. Optional: add more salt if needed.
- Serve!
