Easy, Gourmet Hummus



Teal Swan shows you her easy to make Hummus Recipe through Conscious Cooking.



Ingredients
  • 2 cups garbanzo beans (boiled from scratch or canned)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped or crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons ice water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • Sprinkle of smoked paprika
  • Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth. Optional: add more salt if needed.
  3. Serve!
