Chocolate Orange Chia Pudding

Enjoy my Recipe for this Vegan and Sugar Free Chocolate Orange Chia Pudding! You'll be blown away if you've ever loved the chocolate oranges that go around during Christmas Time.

  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 1 1/4 cup maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/4 tsp orange extract
  • 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp chia seeds

  1. Combine all ingredients well, adding the chia seeds last.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (best results at 4 hours!)

Thank you for the recipe! This is an excellent healthy dessert I tried with my kids a few months ago. I'm looking now at trying Basil Seeds as a possible substitute for Chia seeds. They expand much like Chia seeds and have a similar texture, and are lectin-free.
