- 4 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/4 cup maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/4 tsp orange extract
- 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Combine all ingredients well, adding the chia seeds last.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (best results at 4 hours!)
