The concept of balancing work and play by either working more or working less depending on what is needed to achieve equal parts of work and play is completely limited. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS WORK-PLAY BALANCE. What about integrating your work and play, then there is no need to try to control two seemingly opposing things!
