Anytime someone acts out of alignment with what you perceive your best interests to be, you make it mean that they don’t love you. But most of the time, what a person does or doesn’t do has nothing to do with whether they love you or not. It has to do with what they perceive their needs and wants and therefore their own best interests to be.
