I would say every energy that exists including myself. Disconnection is very difficult for me. Especially right now.

I do not understand this question

Shame and feeling powerless. I guess it would be resolving shame through love and getting my power back.

Not feeling like I have power or free will. Knowing the love of other humans is conditional. Not having unconditional love for myself. Being disconnected, how the human species is. People not understanding love and connection but continuing to do toxic things thinking they do.

Not give up on myself just wish I could do it even more I am fragmented.

Help them to love themselves unconditionally and trust themselves because it is what I desperately need for myself and am struggling to do for myself.

To be able to have the awareness of wholeness.

People who are on their own side. Even the ones who are narcissistic about it. At least they are on their own side My goal would be to be on my own side no matter what, without the narcissistic issues people so commonly have. I do not want to pendulum swing from doormat to narcissist is my point.

My own masculine and feminine. And working on the divinity of both inside of me. Authoritarian narcissists (incarnate and possibly higher dimensional) and pain in my path will not stop me from this.

Masculinity but here is the thing, I love it I love being masculine and feminine. Teal wrote an article saying most females would rather be with an asshole than be unsafe. Which may be true for most (I guess idk). But if the asshole is what makes you unsafe that is pointless and retarded to stay in a relationship like that. I love having my own masculine protect my feminine. When I am in both masculine and feminine everything is better, even sex/sexuality. The ability to connect, not fear and become aroused easier. Teal has never taken testosterone. For me it gives me my life back. Teal has ran through enough men that if I were her I would be questioning myself and my view of femininity though. But she does not seem to learn from her own mistakes as is obvious by her reactions to the documentary.

I am done complaining now. I do genuinly hope Teal and all of us as these incarnations can find love, connection and genuine resolution instead of what is going on now for all of us. It is possible to be soft, receptive, compassionate and loving as well as strong (not intaking negative energy which cause hyper emotional reactions), keeping the safety (this needs to be resurrected in the human species as pain/bitterness has buried it for many), moving free will along, helping energies find their highest and happiest - at the same time. Genuine connection/love is what is needed. Okay done with commenting now but that is what the comment section is for. I just wish the best for us.

I have noticed the kinds of people who follow Teal Swan. Here they are: People who are lost pathetic and desperate (like me) People who use spirituality to be superior to others and/or as an escape Conservative bigots who love when she says anything that can be perceived as negative to the LGBTQ+ community or liberals whether she is trying to or not. (Both polarities are wrong) She may as well just stop teaching cause 99.99% of her followers and "Tealers" are not getting the point of what she says, just using it to feed their own negative. But gotta keep that cash flow, I get it. She has a good hustle. Ps Teal I know you are not going to see this most likely, but you need to present things in a more complete way. People use your teachings to hurt others, literally the opposite of what you want. Also, hire a better social media team PLEASE.

Who cares? Write something useful for once. All Teals blogs and articles are meaningless if they make no positive change. And most do not.

I am starting to realize a lot of spirituality is TOXIC. Seems like many people are starting to agree. If "Teal" aka Mary really wants people to have their own free will and joy, why does she teach in such black and white, limited lessons? Something smells fishy about "Teal". It is her authoritarian energy that feels like smothering. The point of being here is to learn about everything and have free will, not copy paste and stay in the status quo just because "human nature blah blah blah". Not saying human instinct does not exist but what Teal teaches is incredibly limited. Annoying. Of course she does not include herself in any of her critiques. Ugh. I hate her so much. Glad Blake was able to get out and live his own life not under her thumb. I have never met a spiritual teacher who says they want people to live their authentic life, then makes videos that teach them the opposite and to follow what she says. Brainwashing shit. Never met an actually good spiritual person. I guess it as much as a cope as any religion. I just want to be happy.
