Other's tell me I'm a leader, a teacher and a therapist. In my heart I know that this is true, but I have only just started coming into my own skin. I have dreams of building an intentional community based in the Scandinavian wilderness surrounded by forest, lakes and mountains, with animals and rich vegetable and flower gardens. From here I will build a therapeutic practice that evolves around healing the mind & body in deep connection with the nature all around. I will share my practices with the world.

Feel into, and understand people and notice what they need; be it empathy, knowledge, perspective, advice, space, embrace, listening or a human mirror. On my own time I love studying psychological, philosophical and spiritual concepts. I naturally discern complex patterns. I simply cannot stop doing that! No wonder I found you Teal!
