  1. Wow. Today it hit me. Like so clearly. We have this tradition in India called taking a sankalpa. A sankalpa is basically a clear intention. And the meditative process of taking a sankalpa is to relax and set this intention and then let go. Today I realised this process is essentially sort of reconnecting with the higher self, setting an intention and surrendering to the higher self. Letting go of the resistance. Surrendering without knowing how it will happen but with the faith that it will happen and what ever happens is for my best. The process is actually trying to close this gap between physical self and non-physical self.
