Wonderful .Thanks. Just something I noticed , it does not look so nice when several are on stage with their arms closed over the chest .. Think of your body language . Amazing workshop. Lots of love ❤️

I just realized I went through my own pain wall during my Vipassana meditation retreat! When she said visually they look like pins and needles and razors. On day 5 it was all I could see when I closed my eyes. It was too much for me at first. It took days to get through it, and a lot of convincing myself that I wasn't abusing myself senselessly. A lot of love. I love of presence and determination. I did that for myself. That's a nice thought.

This was powerfully reassuring. I often feel like I'm "behind" or not doing enough, being enough, feeling enough . . . But the questions that these people asked show me that I'm not alone, and that there is so much that I do understand that others do not yet understand.  Sometimes I know that, but this helped me really feel it. I want to go out and lead my own group in response to this.

Intimacy really is key. It is crazy, sad, and frustrating to realize how many people don't see this at all . . . Even followers of Teal.

You're giving an example of how good we've all become at throwing up our walls. When we are very open, you really can and do feel other people's thoughts, pain and emotions in your own body intensely and deeply. It has only happened to me a few times, but when it has, it is very powerful. The next time you're sick and you have a fever, try to feel someone close to you and feel their emotions. Fevers naturally bring down a lot of our barriers, so it is easier then. Also, your body is more sensitive when you're sick, and if you're home from work for a few days (or from school or whatever your usual life is like) then that also adds to your receptivity. You really can feel what is going on inside someone else to a very large degree.
