This was one of the best versions Teal has done of the fragmentation demonstration. (I've seen it six or seven times now in various videos.)

I almost went to this event in person, but decided to save the money and just watch recordings online. Especially because the fumes in NYC make me very sick every time I've been there in the past.

But, it turns out I didn't need to be there. Two questions I've had outstanding for a long time were asked (both by the same guy)!

"What is the difference between wallowing and being present with one's own pain?"

Teal's answer: "There is no such thing as wallowing." Thank goodness! I was so relieved and overjoyed to hear this. I hoped this might be true, but worried it was not. I always judged my time spent in negative emotions as "productive" or "unproductive." If I didn't see a "productive" change occurring, I labeled it wallowing. But now I see that is just my own personal version of, "I'll be present with you pain, but only if you're going to change."

Second question I had for a long time: "If I let myself be negative too much, won't I manifest negative things? Shouldn't I be positive to manifest positive things?"

Teal's answer: You can increase the internal aspects of self that are focusing positively on something and wanting something, but even if you do manifest what you want, you'll soon find it doesn't make you happy because it didn't address the part of you in opposition, the part of you stuck in negative emotion.

It's hard to concentrate and listen to this while programming but I love listening while working LOL... I feel like I am embedding something into the binary signals...

I just realized Blake has an amazing vibration for being in relationships with lovely ladies. :D Lynn and Teal are both so darn pretty.

Thank you for your post! Especially your reference to productive and unproductive. Thanks

' most spiritual teachers are just fragmenting you further, (they are helping you become more selectively identified.)'

Teal you are a courageous badass for doing this work

I learned from somewhere a term 'teachable moments' and I really liked that being a teacher myself in a pubic health school. But the way Teal chooses to enlighten everybody with a teachable moment (though every moment is a teachable moment) is quite thought provoking. I really love/hate the way she uses our desperation to our own advantage to catch up with the answer and let us drown there and than help us rise up. I loved that bit when that person asked the question about whether integration is a one time process or a continuous thing ?
