I was able to watch the workshop all the way through without it stopping. 

I really appreciated this exercise and it makes so much sense as to why I and other seems to show up as different people at times. Thank you for having this exercise online!

Is it possible to identify more with the vulnerable aspect than the protector aspect. If you are functioning in society reasonably well however, how likely do you think that is?

Is the 'parts work' part of spirituality 1.0 or 2.0?
