i would love to one day hear "The Blake Story"- who is this person who came to find a Teal Swan in his bathtub one day and now helps so many of us around the world?

This video helped me loads! Thank you! When Teal is saying that she spends so much time getting into alignment, I felt such relief, I cannot even begin to tell you .... I spend the last couple of days thinking: gosh, this is taking up so much time, and I kind of love it but there is all this other stuff I have to do, and when I'm fine my daughter comes in mega contrast and I have to figure out my triggers (again) and get her into "not utterly overwhelmed by trauma" mode etc. Watching the video I thought, what the f**ck, if this is what it takes for us to feel good, everything else better go and stand in line .... And today was so much easier just for that thought being with me! Got loads more done, too! :)

Love to all!

WOW THIS IS SO DAMN GOOD!! the emotional cum buckets thing made me loose it.  Really feel like it's a common dynamic.  Especially with my ex boyfriend :/ it's a hard sitch to be in ;)

Just watched part 1 and so much to process. Loved Ingamum's ? comment. time working on getting in alignment...yes...feels so good to hear that the work is this hard and to check and see if it's worth it. this gave me a more solid yes. on to other triggers.

Hearing about getting into alignment making the rest more efficient, the whole rowing example, that was pretty encouraging to hear. Because I definitely feel like I don't have much to show for my age from other peoples' perspective, but I have spent a lot of time getting to where I'm at with trying to clear myself up on a personal and conscious level. I want to find and be my "real" self, not this shame-filled mask of a person. So yeah, encouraging that "the rest will follow".

Anyone know what kind of therapist she referred to right after she said a somatic therapist at 1:00:13?

edit: figured it out, she said "hakomi therapist"
