33.3 into video...feeling TM is or can be the way to go because it clears out the gunk from the mind so that physicality is more understandably to move about one’s day. W/O the crap going thru the mind effecting the heart and physical body all together?

also, added here...before 1.11.01 into video...please write down and quote this one for all to read team! So good for humanity...geees 💝

Thank you! But Why so many camera men? Just curious 😁

In a previous workshop it said that they are making a documentary about Teal I think!

Both of these participants were so honest, open, articulate, and engaging.  Totally a delightful experience here!

'Let the universe choose your message' just gave me a quote that are just perfect for everyone who can relate to the first girl in this workshop:

"Throw out previous teachings from people who seek to CONTROL instead of to KNOW THE TRUTH of their emotions"

Truth bomb tuesday. Happy synchronicity day! 💕💕💕💕

watching this has made me realize how lucky I am that Teal is my teacher. I was in a bad state and could of been entirely somewhere else but universe granted me the blessing of it being Teal. There are a lot of other teachings out there that could of really put me in a really bad place if i wasn't in the right hands. That would of been really bad for me and really bad for anyone who loved/loves me. Love you so much teal. Thank you.

I feel like the two camera men constantly straying around in the backround kind of kill the intimacy of the whole session.

Im emulating people that are unhappy because i have been taught to live for your dreams will leave you hungry, homeless and not a penny to your name. Im putting my securuty over my happiness. While Im miserable at least I can support myself. At this point, I dont have any passions. I don't know why Im still here. I feel like every amount if energy spent living this life is a waste. 😕

I'm getting better at relating to the people. I used to focus more on their story, and couldn't relate to it because every life experience is different. But now I focus on the emotional aspect of what they talk about and find it pretty easy to relate to. It does mean that the backstory gets longwinded and full of unnecessary details, which makes it too easy for my attention to wander off.

"If that's not the right choice, don't make it." Teal just validated my decision to not have a job. And by that I mean I never had a job in my life. I do think I'd want at least a part-time job once I move countries just to make sure I have something to do/not sit bored on bed all day until I figure out what I'd rather do. It just takes feeling good first to feel the need to be out among people, doing more than sitting around.

I will do a question for an Ask Teal episode about the deeper meaning of getting intensely triggered by people saying "like" in every sentence. "you know, like, I was like...".  🤔

Fun. Input....Number five is alive.

Around 37:40. Buddhism.  "I need to vanquish the anger." Well. You can push it back. I think you call that bulldozing. Temporarily; like a rubber band until it snaps. Or. You can accept or 'integrate' (accepting the anger into the chorus of voices within); at which point the 'anger' vanishes. Which way would you choose?  *Note: What follows is for emotions in general. For example. Anger is the status and not the actions that occur afterwards. To integrate is not simply to accept it. It is as full an understanding of it. The how, the why and to what ends that may require some 'deep diving'. What you choose to do with the anger is driven firstly by experience, What you've seen and what you've done. Secondly by imagination...that can sometimes be dangerous as with all ungrounded imagination (fantasy vs. reality). Lastly by the interactions with the other emotions (status signals) floating around in there. Another way to think of this: When the military receives a brand new piece of equipment. Without training, it could be dangerous and ineffective. Over time you may learn of other hidden or emerging capabilities and vulnerabilities. Learning is an ongoing lifelong process. Embrace it.

Religion in and of itself is not bad. Some good messages within it. Its how its delivered and 'interpreted' by the 'teacher' or 'author' that flavors it so.

Around 43:30. Is it attachment.... or excess attention to or too intense a focus on....that is the problem

Around 49:00. Talking about the devil. Please remember that Satan or Lucifer was once upon a time one of God's angels. Does that make God evil?  Following through with that thought... Did God create evil? Considering first that Lucifer was one of his creations? Perhaps it is the intentions, the succeeding actions and final results that we describe as evil and good; that in turn becomes attached to a being...like his rap sheet.

1:40:00 What are the video guys shooting? Its not what we are watching? Looks like a video camera fight. A standoff!

Put a miniature go pro on your shoulder. Get the real Teal perspective. Sort of like a first person shooter game.

Something to use in the future for them to be so exposed and in the frame.....

1:50:00 Perhaps some exploration of what he really likes to do might help. What you call inner work. There are some 'interest' test out there. It will ask some non specific questions; like do you prefer to work indoors or outside; to assess what types of work you might be interested in. It can help to home into your true likes. It removes some of the bias such as whether or not it is a high dollar job.

1:53:00 Sound like the current culture in China. I better say the right thing or keep my opinions to myself of else.....Bang..Bang...Bang Bang Bang......Thud.

1:56:00 What is he trying so hard to do? Staring at the grip. Distractions. Not relaxed.

Part 2 another time.

Sorry, but why the heck is this cameraman doing these close ups all the time? First of all there are no close ups in this video. Second he is moving around permanently which is totally disturbing. It is distracting from everything what is happening or said on stage. I would not mind if the close ups are done once or twice but this kind of filming seems to be the new thing. It’s really irritating!

I have the urge to poste also what I liked about the workshop. Teal`s teaching was more than good. She was brilliant. And I was really touched how the people supported the guy who was afraid making eye contact with the crowd. I could identify with his fear.
