How do I change my subscription plan?

To change your subscription type you need to cancel the one you have currently. After you cancel you'll have access to Premium Content until the end of the subsciprtion expiracy date that's listed on that same page just under the cancellation button. After that period ends simply subscribe to the new membership.

How do I unsubscribe?

Follow the steps below for an easy and quick guide to unsibscribing. How to unsubscribe depends on whether you have signed a Billing Agreement when purchasing the membership.

Step 1. Go to your subscription: go to the and click "Manage Purchases".

Step 2. Scroll to find and then select the Membership that you have now (either "Premium Membership" or "Premium Membership - 6 Months"). Click "Manage".

Step 3. On that page you will either see "Cancel Renewals" or "Billing Agreement".
If you see "Cancel Renewals" simply click that and follow the dialog. If you do not see that button go to Step 4.

Step 4. If you have a billing agreement listed on the left then click on the ID of the Billing agreement and in that page click Suspend or Cancel the agreement.

You will no longer be charged for the membership. (Please note that there is no refund for the last subscription period)
After cancelling the purchase will remain active until the expiry date and then will expire with no further renewals.

Where do I find the free meditations?

Refer back to the email sent to you right after your registration. There you will find instructions how to download the meditations.

Where can I get the 50% off all meditations?

Refer back to the email sent to you right after your registration. There you will find instructions how to get the 50% off.

I already have some of the meditations that you gave me for free. Can I exchange them to other ones?

Unfortunately, no. The meditations are pre-selected per subscription type (monthly vs 6 month subscription) and they cannot be exchanged. The good news is that you now have 50% off on all meditations so you can get any ones you like half the price!

Why can't I play any of the videos?

Please make sure that your browser supports HTML5. Try playing the video on different browsers.
Also, make sure that you have fast enough internet speed - some of the videos are up to 4GB in size and take time to download. With that being said, you do not need to download the whole video to play it - it plays as it downloads automatically.
