The frequency of standing for and taking actions in alignment with what you value, what matters and what you value (and therefore have trust, faith and confidence in) no matter what disagreement or opposition you might face.  This is a similar (but more oppositional) frequency to conviction.  This frequency is to be used with caution and at times when firmness of character is necessary.  This is not a frequency which allows for flexibility or open mindedness.  Bringing this frequency into the vicinity of opposing forces, such as people, will strengthen their conviction and cause them to stand for what they believe in as well.
