Mastering Masculinity In Relationships | Scholarship and Live Q&A

SECTION A — LIVE Q&A SUBMISSIONS & PARTICIPATION

1. Event Overview

By submitting your name, email, or a question for consideration, you acknowledge the following:

• The Mastering Masculinity in Relationships — Live Q&A with Teal Swan (“Event”) takes place:
  December 13 & 14
  11:00 AM EST (5:00 PM CET)
  Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours each day
• The Event is hosted live via Zoom.

2. Submitting a Question for the Live Q&A

If Your Question Is Selected, you agree that:

• You will receive an email from Teal Eye LLC with instructions and next steps.
• You must watch for communication from the team and respond promptly.
• You may be invited to:
  • Join the event on live video,
  • Speak directly with Teal Swan,
  • And/or turn your question into a live conversation during the workshop.

3. Recording, Consent & Media Usage

3.1 Recording Consent

The Event will be recorded so participants who cannot attend live, and our wider community, may benefit from the teachings. If you join live on video, your voice, image, name, question, and participation may appear in this recording. Portions of the Event may be used by Teal Eye LLC in future educational or promotional materials so the insights shared can support others as well.

By choosing to participate on video, you acknowledge and agree to this use.

3.2 Personal Responsibility

If selected, you agree to:

• Ensure your camera, microphone, and connection are functioning
• Join at the time stated in your instruction email
• Follow all guidelines provided by the Event team

3.3 Conduct

Teal Eye LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the live session if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.

SECTION B — SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION TERMS

If you answer the optional Scholarship question, you are applying for the Mastering Masculinity in Relationships Scholarship.

5. Application & Selection Process

By applying, you acknowledge that:

• Your written submission will be reviewed by Teal Swan’s team.
• All decisions are final; feedback is not provided.
• Additional information may be requested if needed.

6. Scholarship Notification & Redemption

• Scholarship winners will be notified by email on December 12, 2025.
• You must watch for communication from the team, including redemption instructions.
• The Scholarship must be claimed within 30 days or it will be reassigned.

7. Eligibility Rules

• Applicants may apply once per calendar year.
• Applicants who have previously received a scholarship for this Program are not eligible.
• Scholarships must be used by the selected applicant only.

SECTION C — GENERAL TERMS

The Event is for educational purposes only and is not a replacement for therapy, mental health treatment, or professional advice. Participants are responsible for their own emotional and mental well-being throughout the Event.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

By submitting the form, you consent to:

• Your Name + Email + Phone Number being used for Event access, reminders, and program-related communication
• Scholarship submissions being reviewed internally
• Q&A submissions being reviewed by the Event team

Personal data is handled responsibly and will not be sold.

10. Amendments

Teal Eye LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version applies to your submissions and participation.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your information, you confirm that:

• You agree to all recording, participation, and submission requirements
• You understand there is no guarantee your question will be selected
• You understand you must monitor your email and follow instructions from the team
• You accept that failure to respond may result in forfeiting participation or a scholarship opportunity
