He says the climb is slow, controlled and melow. Sounds like meditation. This is a great example of intense presence. Have you ever done something that has needed so much focus like this climber?

Mind blowing. But it was hard to watch for me. I can only imagine what his mother  goes through knowing what he does...

I remembered my own experience...my college days...back in 1997. Train was full and i was on this bogey...it was welded shut door, fingers in the 10mm drain channel and feet on a sloped plate. It was raining and train had to pass through tunnel for a whole one minute...next station was 20 minutes away....omg. Even today i wonder how i did that. You can search on you tube by indian rail stunts...you will get an idea

I play guitar and regularly just get lost into different types of rhythms, I can get lost in it very easy.  Sounds like I have been meditating a lot hey .

I can do thaat today also, but you see trains are modern these days. Just yest i travelled after seeing a doctor. But didnt remember that incident. And dont worry, if i had to do the hip replacement, i would do that stunt again but a last stunt and i would throw myself out...whats the life without a hip??? Hip movements are very crucial in our day to day and night to night lives. I will be out of market without a hip :laughing-yahoo-emoticon:

Doctor has stolen my teeth but he couldnt steal my smile...hehe

Please begin your adventure journey but book the appointments with ortho doctors specially hip specialist. I just hope, from bondage free...you dont end up in bandage! Why do you want to do this stuff? Have you ever climbed a tree :laughing-yahoo-emoticon:

I follow this ancient practice regarding urge, i hope you take a look:

Whenever you feel excited about doing something or an intense feeling of doing something great...take a pause, take a deep breath and wait.....

Until this excitement passes away:laughing-yahoo-emoticon:
