Emotional vipassana not working for me

Hello, I'm dealing with an issue of emotional vipassana not working for me. As a matter of fact, Cp isn't working for me. My body does not respond well to the completion process. I cannot and do not have access to my emotions. Can anyone help me?

Sometimes it helps if someone guides you through it. Personally, it works way better for me with a friend that guides me. I also ask them to take on my feeling literally which allows them to give me inisde about what I should do to heal.

Maybe you have already tried these, but suggestions that I have heard Teal mention during workshops:

-do it with 'easier' feelings rather than an intense emotional trigger 

-try to do emotional vipassana for 5 minutes immediately when you wake up in the morning, every day for a few weeks.
