Endurism

What is the difference between enduring and accepting?  In order to release resistance to unwanted circumstances, I must accept, right? So, is it the level of pain and powerlessness I feel that will help me decipher if I am enduring? The differences seem pretty subtle.  Thank you for your videos and for any clarification.

oh oh SYNCHRONICITY! just listened to this talk by Teal today :D

ok Endurism is a victim mentality, it says i can't change it so I just have to accept it no matter how painful. Acceptance is empowering and I think endurism tends to be more chronic in nature and less obvious. A lot of endurism is subconscious. Acceptance comes from a mindset that things will change endurism is a mindset that things can't change so we have no choice.
