Socilization fassade

Hey guys,

would you say that doing shadow work gets rid of your fassade ? Or does it require extra external action ?

I think at some level it does have to manifest with external actions e.g. To be a radically honest person you must start being authentic in front of people, that's external, but whatever is blocking you from doing this external action will start with your own emotional blocks so that's internal

Sometimes, it might help to do the external and internal at the same time, so you have a reciprocal determinism effect going

E.g. Self loving acts in the external world (making yourself a nice meal for example) feed into your internal work of self loving yourself and vice versa

hope that helps!

yeah it gets rid of the façade and when you express you trigger people who have not dealt with those layers in themselves. They will intellectualize how they feel but not actually feel it or you, they are still stuck in the brain with all of their beliefs in tact. some translate words just with the brain and aren't actually feeling the energy under the words so they will project their "truth" onto you, which sucks, but it has nothing to do with you. I saw a quote that was truth. its like "people can only meet you, as deeply as they've met themselves." that's very true.

@ANTEVASINYES, shadow work (completing self through resolving emotional trauma and discarding limiting belief) will specifically reduce your facade by eliminating ANXIETY and FEAR ( False Evidence Appearing Real ) which causes one to put forth a facade in the first place as a protective shell. PEACE ;)
