Cluster headaches

My girlfriend is in he middle of a cluster headache attack and I'm looking for ways to either lessen the pain or make them go away intirely. Could there be some spiritual cause?

A possibility which can cause migrines and headaches is that a rootcanal of one of the teeth is infected. Sometimes you dont even feel its infected but a xray will show.

A collage I know had for 20 years migrines he gat his wisdome tooth taken out (not because of the headaches) never had a headache again.

Hi Literonin,

In the short term put an ice pack on her neck and/or head and a hot water bottle on her feet.  You want to keep the bloodflow down in the body so it doesn't 'flood' the head so to speak.  Anti-inflammatory suppliments such as turmeric can help as well.

I have tried 'everything' over the years for constant migraines and occasional cluster headaches.  My migraines were so bad that I have never been able to work and I have done the rounds of all the 'top' doctors to no avail.

However, Chiropractic care has been like a miracle for me.  Apparently my C1 was slightly out of alignment and putting pressure on my brain stem (I had an xray).

I have sinse realised that I was also living with other symptoms that I had had for so long that I didn't know were not normal, such as depression, brain fog, vertigo, poor vision and a sense of being emotionally overwhelmed and discombobulated.  After an adjustment I feel so blissed-out, mentaly clear and present.

I am currently at the stage where I am working on the emotional factors so that I can hold my adjustments and maintain the results.  However, I needed the Chiropractic to get me physically well enough to be able to face the non-physical issues.

Not all Chiropractors are created equal.  You need to find one who specialises in 'upper cervical'.  This website has lots of info www.spinewave.co.nz.

I hope that helps, good luck.
