another threshold to CP

Finally i got to integrate some new stuff. I did not get to any new trauma for over a month and i finally know why. 
The problem was that i was meditating a lot about 2-3 hours every day last month and it seemed to be helping to suppress some stuff now i just meditated for about 10-20 minutes each day for 1 week and waves of the traumas started hitting me again and now finally i resolved 2 pretty big ones, feeling amazing :)
So my advice is if you meditate a lot just stop it for about a week and see if something new will surface.
I think the reason for me was just that back in the days i actually started meditating just to get rid of all the depression and pain thats why it was basically hidden until now.
