Seeking to create an intentional community in my area

Hello there everybody.  I'm giving a shout out to all those in my region and anyone else who's willing to travel to where i am so we can start something up!  Could even start with one person just setting things up with me, find out what we can do that will benefit all those in the area, to catch peoples interest, etc. I want to make a big difference but in such a subtle way by just being fun and down to earth.

Where are you currently at? I'm looking to move to Washington state in a few months and within the next 5 years I want to purchase land and get one started.
