Audio meditation aids.

Recommended Posts

Have shared this elsewhere but not yet here. However I think especially the Gateway  stuff from hemisync is awesome. It essentially guides the listener step by step into deeper meditative states.

It's not free but professionally made.

There is a torrent of many hemisync titles on the interweb that seems to be endorsed by the pleiadians and ashtar sheeran, as it includes a bunch of pictures about them in the mix. When I first discovered it I was more interested in the actual wave (Gateway) experience and only discovered those pictures way later and did not really know what to think of them.

The trigger for me posting this is me stumbling across this: https://www.brainwave-research-institute.com/ And it reminded me of the hemisync technique which is essentially the same, just way older.

Anyway, a very good toolset for spiritual discovery and it includes also some self healing exercises. :D enjoy!

PS:

if you want to try before you buy. Here are actually some free samples: https://www.monroeinstitute.org/gateway-voyage-audio and https://www.monroeinstitute.org/free-audio-downloads
