Hi Treesarestill


You can do the process on the feeling you are having. The feeling of I'm ready to give up on life, I hate my life, I hate the people who hurt me. These issues are of a deeper wound that you can't  remember, anytime you go in into this you're dealing with something you aren't conscious of so everyone feels like that if they approach it like you do, I have. And you're right to feel frustrated.

What Teal has suggested is you can also sit with those feelings and ask when was the first time I thought it was bad to have these feelings. Maybe you'll find you learned from your parents it was wrong to have those sorts of emotions, work through that and then go back to the feelings

The most important thing I can say is anytime I do thee process I never have an expectation of how I'm supposed to feel after, I don't have any goals, I have no stage to reach, I simply work with whatever feeling is there in the moment and it works much better than when I was trying so hard.

Just see it like this: every person that comes in your life, gives you some kinda lesson. When they're done its times for them to leave and someone new will come! People come and go, its not a bed thing. Life has more contrast that way!
