Embarrassment represents a conflict between a present behavior and how you wished to be viewed socially. The physical manifestations of embarrassment help you by showing those around you that you don't wish something you did to be thought of as normal. It also creates a motivation to reprogram yourself so that you don't repeat such mistakes again. Embarrassment ceases to be constructive when we are unable to make a change or fail to understand it.

@Brandy Bailey i like @Ollie 's reply very much. I would like to add that tomorrow  it will be better. Don't dwell on it too much. If someone else saw your embarrassment they probably already forgot about it or at least they don't think about it. You're going to be fine :)
