I bought Premium/Online Course, but I can't access it

Here are some steps that might help you:

  1. Make sure you're logged in to the account that you bought the membership or online course with (it will be under the same email where we emailed you the purchase invoice)
  2. If you're trying to access Premium, make sure it didn't expire (When does my membership expire?)
  3. Make sure you made the purchase on the same website that you're attempting to log into. We also have https://www.tealswan.net/access available.
