I bought Premium/Online Course, but I can't access it

Oh no!

Here are some steps that might help you:

  1. Make sure you're logged in to the account that you bought the membership or online course with (it will be under the same email where we emailed you the purchase invoice)
  2. If you're trying to access Premium, make sure it didn't expire (When does my membership expire?)
  3. If you still can't access it Contact Us here.
