How can I cancel/unsubscribe? (If you paid by PayPal)

1. Go to your Manage Purchases page and click on your membership.
2. Click on the ID listed right under "BILLING AGREEMENT".
3. Click Cancel.
4. Go back to the membership page (by clicking view or on the name of the membership) and click Cancel Renewals.
5. After cancelling the purchase will remain active until the expiry date.
When the invoice is emailed to you next renewal term you can either pay and renew or let it expire.

Please note - if you have any payment cards listed in your profile, the system will automatically attempt to charge those cards. Click here to add/change/remove your cards.
