Ask Yourself...

What is the best thing that I do for myself right now in my life?

(Answer In The Comments Below )
From "100 Of The Most Powerful Questions You Can Ask Yourself"

Nothing has the power to completely alter perspective and therefore your thoughts and actions and life quite like a question. Inquiry leads to understanding. The quality of the answers we arrive at, correspond directly to the quality of question we ask. The better the question, the better the answer. One of the most important things to realize about a question is that a person learns far, far more from the process and work involved in answering a question than from the answer itself. This is why spiritual teachers throughout history (including myself) have tended to pose so many questions to their students rather than to simply offer a direct answer. For this reason, I have selected a collection of 100 of the most powerful questions that you can ask yourself.

Make sure to take time to carefully consider each question that is posed in order to meaningfully answer them. And don’t forget to come back to these questions again and again throughout your life, especially whenever you are feeling stuck, because the answers will most likely change over the course of your life and also cause you to change your course in life.

Learning new things daily, reading, feeling, experiencing things more carefully and openly, cause I used to do half- ass everything I do, never putting trust in my efforts.

Decluttering, taking it slow, getting up everyday though, not owning other people's emotional mental issues as I used to do.

Things I could improve on

*I could go more often on a walk.

* sometimes I just have to be more with myself. And give myself space. (I have fears towards that)

*eat healthier

*look for a new job, look for a new apartment.

Feed myself, bathe myself, take my medicine. Try my best to be kind to others and myself. Let myself listen to my favorite music, yoga and pray, read my Bible try my best to self love and be spiritual and stay "sane" especially during Covid

Be truthful to myself about what I really want in my life for me and others and with authenticity, trust, truthfulness, win win approach, with love and bravery, reality check ups, with commitment, patience, consistency, resiliency, to go for it and get it, no more excuses. Along with answering each question as someone who loves him self.

In name of Truth, Love and Saint Authenticity, Amen.

Saying things that are subjectively true for me. Instead of beeing concerned with objective truths.

I won't appear very logical at the moment not even to myself I make alot of sense. I'm a bunch of gathered emotions and thoughts. But I feel relief doing this, more authentic and less lonely.

And I am greatfull for the sensation of relief.
