Nothing has the power to completely alter perspective and therefore your thoughts and actions and life quite like a question. Inquiry leads to understanding. The quality of the answers we arrive at, correspond directly to the quality of question we ask. The better the question, the better the answer. One of the most important things to realize about a question is that a person learns far, far more from the process and work involved in answering a question than from the answer itself. This is why spiritual teachers throughout history (including myself) have tended to pose so many questions to their students rather than to simply offer a direct answer. For this reason, I have selected a collection of 100 of the most powerful questions that you can ask yourself.

Make sure to take time to carefully consider each question that is posed in order to meaningfully answer them. And don’t forget to come back to these questions again and again throughout your life, especially whenever you are feeling stuck, because the answers will most likely change over the course of your life and also cause you to change your course in life.

Maybe I would stop trying to find ways to fix myself, and just go about my day. If I had less fear, I would feel better. And Ide enjoy my life more.

Maybe also, just try to be myself, and you know more authentic, there is alot of dignity and integrity in authenticity. 

I actually most of the time believe I can't actually do this. (but that's also fear, strong fear, I guess) 

I tell myself I'm a bad person, I do things to prove to myself I'm a bad person both unpurposely and by choice, and than that's the reason I can't heal. Because bad people get ill, and can't heal, and die.

And the reason I can't be myself is, because I can't heal and there's a blockage.

Tell people what I actually think about things. Tell people how I actually feel, and what I'm actually going through. (I think they will cut me of)

Beeing open to connect with people, especially men. (I think they won't like the real me) 

Asking others for help. (I'm afraid this will backfire, and cost more than it's worth)

Feel things. 

Come into a state of allowance more often, and feel physical sensations in my body, such as rain and wind ect. And also be brave enough to Feel feelings and emotions. Brave enough to feel hurt by others if I'm hurt.
