Ask Yourself...

#39

What would I leave as it is in my current life and what would I change?

(Answer In The Comments Below )
From "100 Of The Most Powerful Questions You Can Ask Yourself"

Nothing has the power to completely alter perspective and therefore your thoughts and actions and life quite like a question. Inquiry leads to understanding. The quality of the answers we arrive at, correspond directly to the quality of question we ask. The better the question, the better the answer. One of the most important things to realize about a question is that a person learns far, far more from the process and work involved in answering a question than from the answer itself. This is why spiritual teachers throughout history (including myself) have tended to pose so many questions to their students rather than to simply offer a direct answer. For this reason, I have selected a collection of 100 of the most powerful questions that you can ask yourself.

Make sure to take time to carefully consider each question that is posed in order to meaningfully answer them. And don’t forget to come back to these questions again and again throughout your life, especially whenever you are feeling stuck, because the answers will most likely change over the course of your life and also cause you to change your course in life.

I would leave the humour that exists in my life; the fact that I have people with whom I'm close; time to myself... to name a few.

I would change certain habits (coping mechanisms); my living situation; my job/career...to name a few

I'll keep my morning habit of Neem & Turmeric consumption. I'll keep having baths instead of showers (until I get regular access to a river). To be honest I'd be happy for everything to change, there's nothing I can pinpoint right now that I'd want to leave as is for long.

I would change my habits, I'd be an early morning riser, start the day with yoga but currently I am sleeping late and waking late, this I wish to overcome.

I welcome a change in location and company, this has been long awaited.

I want an upturn in my level of activity as well as physical and mental capability and sensory acuity. I wish for the strength to step out of my comfort zone.

Also I wish to change my mental operation, tune down mental chatter, cease labelling things, stop judgement. End identification with mental process.

Leave as is: exploring new within the old paradigm thinking, for when I look now t is with new senses

change: old beliefs into new exploratory realms of living…expansions

I'd leave the trauma i experienced as a scapegoat behind, because it led me to the places and relations that were detrimental to my already bad state. And I'd change the way my brain is wired. It'd flip my life to a full 360 degree.

The life experience, knowledge, skills, I've gained. My physical shape.. and my hair). About everything else, I would change the direction and pick a new road of adventures and experiences.. Would love to move to another planet.

I would start to do things according to what my inner compass is telling me to do. Right now, and I would do em now, not tomorrow. Actually I think I'm gonna do it!

Thanks, Teal!

What would I leave as it is in my current life and what would I change?

__

I would leave as is my current sense of self. I would leave as is who I am as a person, my goals and dreams. I love who I am, how I use my voice, my body, the way I express myself. I would change where I live, I would add more authentic, valuable friendships, more money, more travel, and a relationship. I would also change my work to focus on my other business more heavily and slowly wean out of my current business. I would make a shift from where I am now to being the person I want to be to run that business. I would also make it so I never have cravings for unhealthy food.

I feel that I wouldn’t remove anything. But just add understanding of myself. That feels like nothing else matters, as long as I have that skill I will be okay, I can take care of myself deal with stuff and process things.

I want to feel that I AM CAPABLE.
