Ask Yourself...

#37

What do I not want others to know about me?

(Answer In The Comments Below )
From "100 Of The Most Powerful Questions You Can Ask Yourself"

Nothing has the power to completely alter perspective and therefore your thoughts and actions and life quite like a question. Inquiry leads to understanding. The quality of the answers we arrive at, correspond directly to the quality of question we ask. The better the question, the better the answer. One of the most important things to realize about a question is that a person learns far, far more from the process and work involved in answering a question than from the answer itself. This is why spiritual teachers throughout history (including myself) have tended to pose so many questions to their students rather than to simply offer a direct answer. For this reason, I have selected a collection of 100 of the most powerful questions that you can ask yourself.

Make sure to take time to carefully consider each question that is posed in order to meaningfully answer them. And don’t forget to come back to these questions again and again throughout your life, especially whenever you are feeling stuck, because the answers will most likely change over the course of your life and also cause you to change your course in life.

That I am into esoterics a lot.
That I have cheated before.
That I have an ageplay-fetish or something similar at least.
That I sometimes have terrible, attacking thoughts about other people.

To sum up, I don‘t want other people to know how much of a „villain“ or creep I sometimes am, dabbling in a lot of areas that society deems as bad or weird. There‘s so much shame and guilt attached to that, making me feel like I am secretly a bad person.

I don’t mention My Trauma and my loss of my beautiful daughters

I cannot put the energy into explaining what happened in why I push on and who I am now on They can’t get their head around why I’m not sitting in a corner rocking  They just not at that level of understanding yet

There´s bad in me. I feel jelaousy. I don´t trust myself and I'm good at anything. I think I love many things but I can't commit. I get burnt out and depressed after a while.

1) Both how fucking crazy and how fucking boring I really am.

2) That I simultaneously hold this vast sense of deep care for humanity but I can also really not care about people’s emotions and individual trials and tribulations.

3) How much I long for belonging and approval from others.

4) That I still care for every person I’ve ever cared for even if they hurt me or don’t care about me.

my answers are the exact same!

How bad I think and feel about myself.

Because than, Noone trusts me anymore, Noone believes in me anymore, and people see me as a real problem.

They think only cause I'm emotionaly damaged to the core and have no self esteem, I'm long lost and gone and can't be cured or useful.

Many people in society confuse a display of self esteem with having yo shit together and beeing a decent person.

If you believe somethings wrong with you, than that's most likely the case, and you gonna be dropped, like a mic, on the floor.
